I've been doing the group workout classes 4-5 days a week at Red Vision Fitness since March. Overall, the environment is very welcoming to fitness enthusiasts of all levels-- whether you are beginning or advanced. Casey is one of the most knowledgeable and informative trainers I have ever worked with. He offers tips on your form to make sure you're working out safely and efficiently. The daily workouts target your full body throughout the week and are quite fun. The gym is filled with weight machines, free weights, squat racks and a few cardio machines. Casey is a phenomenal coach and trainer. Not only does he push you to be your best, but he always helps make sure your form is on point. He was able to help me get my squat back to 230lbs and bench to 130lbs. He helped me to make new fitness goals after no longer competing in women’s fitness. I reached out to Casey to help me with my fitness goals when I realized I needed a lifestyle change, to get in better shape, and have someone to keep me accountable. I was never comfortable with going to a gym because I didn’t know what to do and I was embarrassed to ask. Casey is the real deal. If you want to get in better shape, held accountable, stay motivated, see results, all while having a fun time then become a part of the Red Vision Fitness family. Casey helped me prep and train for my first men’s physique competition. He provided me with guidance and reasoning around setting up a nutrition plan with macro/micro nutrient targets based on my weight and goals. We did weekly check ins and he was able to make adjustments based on how my body was progressing. Casey is genuinely invested in your progress and he does not waste time. It also helps that he has a great personality and makes sessions enjoyable. I will often ask him questions about why we perform certain exercises or variations of an exercise and he always has a well supported answer. He doesn’t let me quit or settle with “good enough” and pushes me to get stronger. He pays keen attention to my form and is able to make adjustments on the fly if one of my ailments is acting up. Overall I can’t recommend Casey’s services enough. I am a strong believer that the investment I’m making in my health is the best investment I can make. I continue to make progress and achieve new goals thanks to Casey. If you are looking to progress your health and fitness Casey is the man. Thank you for everything you do big dawg!

I’ve been going to group fitness classes with some 1-on-1 training with Casey since 2020 when he worked at another gym and I continued working with him as he’s grown his personal business. He makes working out interesting and scalable so it’s never too easy and as difficult as you can handle. If you want to progress he will show you how. I’m almost 38 and I still play competitive wood bat baseball. I wouldn’t have the strength and recovery capabilities I do without Casey’s help.

I am 80 years old and since I have never spent time at a gym before I was a little apprehensive about working with a trainer, but Casey made me feel quite comfortable and right at home from the very first session. I like that there was a variety of exercises he had me do and that he works hard to think of adaptations that would work with me since I’m a bit older than the average client. The facility is always clean and orderly with minimal safety hazards. The workouts challenged my abilities and I accomplished far mare than I had thought was possible. Casey is an excellent trainer, paying attention to every detail of the movement for safety and effectiveness. He is encouraging and supportive. started with Coach Casey in February of 2020 at Boom Fitness just before Covid hit. We continued zoom workouts, then group classes at the park, then he opened his gym and I’ve been going 3 or 4 days a week since. I like the group classes for several reasons: It’s a good group of people, he has all the equipment we need (and more) to accomplish our fitness goals, the workouts are challenging, it works great with my schedule. It was important for me to work with a coach like Casey so that I could learn the proper technique of movements to get stronger and avoid injury. I worked with Casey on 1-on-1 training and nutrition/programming. In the span of a year we did a complete body recomposition where I dropped body fat and built more muscle than I ever had before.
