Personal Training -> Semi Personal Training

Onboard: As a new client you will work with a coach 1-1 to get comfortable and competent at the movements that are suitable for your specific goals/needs.

After spending an appropriate amount of time getting you comfortable and competent with your personal training plan your coach will do an assessment and review the personal growth you have made with your health and fitness goals and if suitable progress you into our semi-personal training group (up to 4 clients).

This gives you the opportunity to train more frequently and achieve your health and fitness goals sooner!

First meeting is a FREE consultation where we will discuss your goals and devise a path for you to succeed through your fitness journey!

Small Group Training (Team)

Long gone are the days of getting lost in a crowd of 20-30 class members. Our team training is capped at 12 per class. This ensures that you are getting the necessary attention to keep you safe and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

The difference between our semi-personal training and team training is that the team training sessions are designed for the group as a whole rather than per individual. Team training is also a larger group (up to 12).

Group Training schedule is Monday-Friday @ 5:45pm. Session length can vary between 45-60 minutes.
