Large Group Training (Team Training)
Long gone are the days of getting lost in a crowd of 20-30 class members. Our team training is capped at 12 per class. This ensures that you are getting the necessary attention to keep you safe and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
The difference between our semi-personal training and team training is that the team training sessions are designed for the group as a whole rather than per individual. Team training is also a larger group (up to 12).
Group Training schedule is Monday @ 4:45pm & Monday-Friday @ 5:45pm, with more class times being added as we grow.
Session length can vary between 45-60 minutes.
