At Red Vision Fitness, our clients are busy professionals and parents from Sherwood and the surrounding communities. They’re motivated to get stronger, feel better, and improve their body composition while balancing the demands of work, family, and life. This last year (2024) our clients lost 210lbs of fat, built 126lbs of lean muscle, got incredibly strong, and improved their overall health!

Meet Mark! Mark is a insurance agency owner, husband, father, and loves being active. Mark started as a 1-1 client but now is a part of our semi private program and trains with me 2x a week. It’s been a banner year for Mark’s fitness journey. Earlier this year, he tackled the heights of Machu Picchu, reaching elevations over 8,000 feet on one of Peru’s most challenging climbs. Not stopping there, he also conquered his longest run yet, a grueling 50 miles at the Cascade 50 in Sisters, Oregon, and most recently completed a strong 385lb Deadlift!

Meet Kevin! Kevin is a business owner, husband, and father who prioritizes his health and fitness amidst a busy schedule. He trains with us twice a week, having transitioned from 1-on-1 personal training to our semi-private program. Kevin’s goals are to keep getting stronger and maintain his health and fitness so he can continue showing up for his family and thriving in all areas of life. His commitment to consistency and progress proves that making time for yourself pays dividends in the long run.

Meet Amanda! Amanda is a teacher, a wife, a mom of three, and a total rockstar in our Team Training program! She shows up three days a week to prioritize her strength, body composition, and overall health.

Meet Marney! Marney is a busy professional, wife, and mom of two. As a dedicated member of our Team Training program, Marney trains 3-5 times a week, consistently pushing herself to grow stronger. Her biggest accomplishments include achieving strength milestones while staying injury-free—a testament to her hard work and commitment. We're proud to have Marney as part of our Red Vision Fitness community!

Meet Eric! Eric has been a dedicated client of mine since January 2020. When his previous coach left Boom (the gym I was coaching at), he was handed off to me and we’ve been training together ever since. During COVID, we adapted by doing Zoom sessions, and for the past couple of years, he’s been back training in person as a 1-1 client and most recently as a part of our semi-private training program.

At the young age of 61, Eric continues to make impressive strength gains. His commitment to training has paid off in a big way, and his progress over the past four years has been incredible. Each week, he makes the trip out from Happy Valley to train, staying dedicated to his goal of remaining healthy, functional, and strong. More than anything, he wants to keep up with his boys, who are collegiate swimmers!

Meet Olivia! Olivia is a private nurse and farm hobbyist, so she’s constantly juggling a busy schedule. Despite her packed days, she makes her health and fitness a top priority. She trains twice a week with me, completes two at-home “homework” workouts, and recently started nutrition coaching to push her progress even further.

After dominating her strength block, we reevaluated her goals and have now shifted gears into hypertrophy training, focusing on building muscle and maximizing strength.

I’ve done CrossFit and plenty of gym routines in the past but have never felt confident nor very knowledgeable in what I was doing. Casey has completely changed that! Meet Richard! Richard is a husband, father, and busy medical professional (Doctor) who embodies consistency and commitment to improving his health and fitness.

Richard never misses a session. He trains twice a week in both semi-private and private settings. His consistency and dedication to his training have been instrumental in his progress.

When Richard first began his training, he presented with significant limitations in left shoulder mobility, requiring careful movement regressions. Additionally, he had never performed a Deadlift, even though he had previously trained with another coach. Fast forward 20 weeks, and the progress has been remarkable. Richard has progressed from struggling to press a 20lb dumbbell to Bench Pressing 150lbs and from Learning to Deadlift with a 35lb Kettlebell to Deadlifting nearly 300lbs!

I am incredibly proud of Richard's hard work and dedication. His progress is a testament to what can be achieved with persistence and the right approach.
